The individual cancellation policy is at 24 hours or 6pm one (1) day prior to arrival date. Please have your attendees place or call in their reservations on or before the block drop date of September 26, 202.
After this date, the unused rooms held will drop from the block and will be sold at prevailing rate.
The rooms are set aside on a courtesy hold and will allow your event attendees to book rooms at the special group rates below.
Room rates are subject to a 10.2% tax per night. The daily rates net, non-commissionable and includes daily complimentary hot breakfast , Wi-Fi and parking.
I’ve blocked 10 double kings and a few single kings to give attendees different options.
